Scope of this notice

This notice covers this website only. It does not cover the ABBI AI Mirror device as operated inside a professional's premises, nor any commercial relationship formed later through a signed quote.

Information you can enter

The demonstration form asks for a name, business name, professional email, phone number, business type, country and preferred language, plus an optional free-text message.

When you submit the form, these values are sent to this site's server and forwarded by email to a small, fixed list of authorized ABBI and project recipients so that your request can be handled. They are not written to a site database: no database persistence is implemented on this site today, and no customer-relationship tool is connected. The email is delivered through the site's email-sending provider, which processes it on our behalf.

Campaign parameters

When you arrive from an advertisement, the address of the page may contain campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid or fbclid.

These values are read from the address bar in your browser and are included in the notification email sent when you submit the demonstration form, so that a request can be attributed to a campaign. They are not stored in cookies and not written to local storage.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

To measure which advertising campaigns lead to demonstration requests, this site uses the Meta Pixel together with the Meta Conversions API (dataset ABBI BEAUTY). Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. acts as our partner for this measurement.

Two signals are reported: a page view, and a Lead when a demonstration request is successfully submitted. With the Lead we transmit your email address and phone number in an irreversibly hashed form, your country, the page you submitted from, the Meta advertising identifiers stored in your browser (_fbp, _fbc, fbclid), your IP address and your browser user agent. These are used to attribute and optimize advertising, not to contact you.

Nothing is loaded or transmitted before you accept where consent is required, and you can withdraw your acceptance at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal applies immediately to new events; events already sent cannot be recalled.

What this site does not do

• No analytics service, session-recording tool or tag manager is loaded.
• No database or customer-relationship tool is connected; form submissions are emailed, not stored on this site.
• No account, login or user profile exists on this site.
• No personal information is sold or rented by this site.

Cosmetic scope

This site presents an AI-powered skin analysis intended for cosmetic guidance and personalized skincare recommendations. It is not intended to provide a medical diagnosis, and this website does not collect health information from visitors.

Your rights

Data-protection law gives you rights over personal information that is actually held about you. This site itself keeps no database of submissions; the information you send exists only in the notification email received by the authorized recipients. Once the legal identity is confirmed, this notice will state the controller, the legal bases, the retention periods applied to those emails and how to exercise those rights.
